Wallet Purpose: Your TheStylinn Wallet serves as a digital storage for cashback earned through our review-based reward system. It enables you to use earned rewards for future purchases while maintaining a seamless shopping experience.
Important Distinction:
TheStylinn Wallet is NOT a payment wallet or banking service. It only stores cashback rewards and gift voucher balances that can be used exclusively for purchasing jewelry on our platform.

3. Wallet Usage Rules
3.1 Minimum Order Requirements

If wallet has ₹1,000 but order is ₹2,000: Use ₹1,000 from wallet + ₹1,000 real payment
3.3 Flexible Usage Options
Customer Choice:
You can choose to use less than the maximum 75% wallet amount if preferred. However, you cannot use more than 75% of the order value from your wallet, regardless of your wallet balance.

5. Wallet Balance and Expiry
⏰ 90-Day Expiry Rule
All wallet balance including cashback and gift vouchers expires exactly 90 days from the date it was credited to your wallet.
Use it or lose it – plan your purchases accordingly!
5.1 Balance Management
How wallet balance works:
- Combined Balance: All cashback from different orders gets combined into one wallet balance
- Individual Expiry: Each cashback amount retains its own 90-day expiry date
- FIFO Usage: Oldest cashback is used first (First In, First Out)
- Expiry Tracking: View expiry dates for different amounts in wallet history
- Balance Display: See current total balance and upcoming expiries
5.2 Expiry Notification
⚠️ No Expiry Notifications:
TheStylinn does not send email or SMS notifications for wallet balance expiry. It’s your responsibility to track expiry dates through wallet history and use balance before expiration.
5.3 Post-Expiry Policy
After Expiry:
Once wallet balance expires, it is permanently removed from your account. There is no recovery, extension, or refund possible for expired wallet balance. Plan your purchases within the 90-day window.

- Source Information: Which orders generated which cashback amounts
- Usage History: Previous wallet usage in past orders
7. Order Processing with Wallet
7.1 Multiple Order Support
Simultaneous Orders:
You can place multiple orders simultaneously using wallet balance. The system automatically calculates available balance for each order based on your current wallet amount.
7.2 COD Orders with Wallet
Use up to 75% of order value from wallet balance if available
Pay 10% of total order value as advance during order placement
Pay remaining 15% amount as cash on delivery to delivery person
Combined advance + COD amount (25% total) eligible for cashback after review
7.3 Order Cancellation Impact
What happens to wallet balance when orders are cancelled:
- Before Dispatch: Used wallet amount gets credited back to wallet immediately
- After Dispatch: Treated as return process, wallet adjustment after item receipt
- Failed Delivery: Wallet amount restored after RTO (Return to Origin) completion
- Payment Failure: Any deducted wallet amount gets restored within 24 hours
8. Account Management
8.1 Account Closure Policy
⚠️ Wallet Disposal on Account Closure:
If you delete or close your TheStylinn account, all wallet balance will be permanently disposed of. No transfer, refund, or recovery is possible. Use all wallet balance before closing your account.
8.2 Account Security

- Account Protection: Wallet balance protected by your account login credentials
- Transaction Verification: All wallet usage logged with order verification
- Secure Access: Wallet accessible only through authenticated account access
- Fraud Protection: Monitoring for unusual wallet usage patterns
