6. Delivery and Risk Transfer

Title and Risk: Ownership of products and risk of loss transfer to you upon successful delivery to your specified address. Until delivery, TheStylinn retains ownership and bears the risk of loss or damage.

Remote Areas: May take additional 2-3 days for delivery

6.3 Damaged in Transit
Transit Damage Policy:
Video Requirement: If you receive a damaged product, you must provide a complete unboxing video filmed from the very beginning showing the unopened package. This video evidence is mandatory for processing any damage claims and refunds.
Immediate Reporting: Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with video evidence to support@thestylinn.com
6.4 Lost Packages
Lost Shipments: If your package is lost during shipping, we will investigate with our logistics partners. Upon confirmation that the package is genuinely lost, we will provide a full refund or replacement at your preference.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
