RTO Policy: If you refuse delivery or the order becomes RTO (Return to Origin), the 10% advance payment will be forfeited to cover shipping and handling costs.
Balance Payment: The remaining 90% is payable at the time of delivery.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We provide shipping services across India through our logistics partners including BlueDart, Shree Maruti, Shiprocket, India Post, and DTDC.

6.2 Delivery Terms

  • Risk Transfer: Ownership and risk of products transfer to you upon delivery
  • Delivery Attempts: Our logistics partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure delivery address accuracy as we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses

6.3 Shipping Delays and Issues

Beyond Our Control: Shipping delays due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control are not our responsibility. We can raise complaints with logistics partners on your behalf, but cannot guarantee resolution timelines.

6.4 Failed Delivery Policy

RTO Charges:

Failed Delivery Fee: If you do not receive the delivery and the package becomes RTO (Return to Origin), 10% of the order value will be deducted from any refund amount processed to your bank account. This charge covers return shipping and handling costs.
