⚠️ Return to Origin (RTO) Charges:

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the package returns to origin. A 10% charge of order value will be deducted from refunds, or for COD orders, the 10% advance payment will be forfeited.
