For damaged or defective item claims, you must provide a complete video recording from the very beginning of the package opening process. The video must be clear and show the package in its original sealed condition before opening.

6.2 COD Orders
COD Special Terms: For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must pay 10% of the order value as advance payment. This advance amount is subject to the same refund policy terms and conditions.
